Join our team as a Hotel Front Desk Agent in Florham Park, NJ! We are a well-established hotel committed to providing exceptional service to our guests. If you're a customer-oriented individual with front desk experience and a flexible schedule, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with friendly and efficient service.
- Check guests in and out of the hotel, process payments, and answer any inquiries they may have.
- Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and requests for additional services.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a front desk agent in a hotel setting.
- Flexibility with schedule, including weekends and nights.
- Well-spoken with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
